Thank you for your interest in helping test WC Split Payments. This page explains the basic terms of the beta program and how information submitted through the application and support process is used.
WC Split Payments is currently in beta. The purpose of this program is to test the plugin in a variety of real WooCommerce stores, improve compatibility, identify bugs, and gather feedback before the first public release.
Participation is completely voluntary and may be ended by either party at any time.
This plugin is still under development. While it has been tested extensively, beta software may contain bugs or compatibility issues that have not yet been discovered. By participating in this beta program, you acknowledge that you are installing pre-release software.
Please create a complete backup of your website and database before installing the plugin. Every WooCommerce installation is different and no software can be guaranteed to work correctly in every environment.
The beta program is intended for merchants who are comfortable testing new software on production WooCommerce stores. You should determine whether the plugin is appropriate for your business before making it available to customers.
Support is provided throughout the beta program. If you discover a bug or unexpected behavior, please submit a support request through the WC Split Payments Support page whenever possible. Those with the plugin installed and active will find a link to support within the plugin settings and accessible from the back end of your website.
The beta version of WC Split Payments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every reasonable effort has been made to develop reliable software, no guarantee is made that the plugin will be compatible with every WooCommerce installation or suitable for every business.
By participating in the beta program, you accept responsibility for determining whether the plugin is appropriate for your website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for damages arising from the installation or use of this beta software.
WC Split Payments does not process, transmit, or store payment information.
Customer payments continue to be processed entirely through your existing WooCommerce payment gateways and payment providers. The plugin coordinates the WooCommerce order workflow but does not replace or modify your payment processor.
Feedback submitted during the beta program, including bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, and feature requests, may be used to improve future versions of the plugin.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
During the beta program you may receive emails regarding your application, support requests, plugin updates, bug fixes, and important beta announcements. We do not send marketing emails unrelated to the beta program.
Application information and support requests are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the beta program and improve the plugin.
These Beta Terms and Privacy Policy may be updated during the beta program. Any significant changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
